Bone-In Leg Hams

Our cured and slow-smoked ham is the perfect, mouth-watering centerpiece for your holiday feast. These hams are the foundation of every classic honey-baked ham—simply add your favorite glaze. For inspiration, check out our recommended glaze recipe here.

Each ham is fully cooked and smoked but comes without a glaze, giving you the chance to personalize it. They stay fresh in their packaging for up to 3 weeks and can be frozen for later use.

Available in sizes ranging from 8lbs to 12lbs, please let us know your preferred weight when ordering. These hams require significant time to prepare, and we sell out every year for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Be sure to place your orders early to ensure you don’t miss out!

Loin Ham

Looking for the perfect dish to serve at a small gathering or to complement your turkey? Our cured and slow-smoked loin ham, made from the tender and juicy loin section of the hog, is just what you need. Ideal for smaller gatherings, this ham is delicious on its own and even better with a glaze. We recommend a honey glaze with pineapple or try adding mora for a unique twist.

Each ham comes fully cooked and smoked, but without a glaze, giving you the freedom to customize. They stay fresh in their packaging for up to 3 weeks and can also be frozen for later use.

Available year-round, our hams range from 1 lb up to 5 lbs for a whole piece. For orders over 5 lbs, they will be provided in two or more pieces. When placing your order, let us know if it’s for Thanksgiving or if you’d like it sooner.

  • Sage Pork Sausage – Sage is notoriously hard to find in Ecuador but a requirement for traditional stuffing. This sausage has the distinct, earthy sage flavor, along with hints of other spices, to make a classic holiday stuffing. This sausage is not spicy. Sold in packs of four sausages weighing approximately one pound.

  • Apple & Caramelized Onion Sausage – Add a touch of sweetness to your stuffing with our Apple & Caramelized Onion Sausage.   • Chicken Stock – This is super concentrated.  Great as a bullion, or add a little water to make soups and gravies = $2.25

  • Soppressata – This is an Italian, aged salami. L&S ages ours for 2-3 months. It has a buttery smooth taste and texture, with delightful black peppercorns throughout to give you that extra bite of flavor. =
