L&S’ version of the rooster sauce. We’ve taken aji peppers and garlic, fermented them, and created his tangy, spicy sauce you can add to anything. It makes a particularly tasty addition to the sauce for lo mein or stir fry, just mix it with some chicken stock and soy sauce. It also makes a really great wing sauce. = $2.40/bottle
