Description
When we first started out, we had the privilege of hosting more than 200 volunteers from all over the world. They came to the farm to learn about permaculture, meat processing, and culinary practices. It was an inspiring time of collaboration, and one delicious result of that experience was our Spicy Cilantro Chicken Sausage.
In 2013, longtime volunteer Brent, and Shawn, crafted this flavorful sausage, blending fresh garlic, jalapeño, and aromatic cilantro into the perfect balance of heat and freshness. Made with our ground chicken, it quickly became a farm favorite. One of the best ways to enjoy it? Lettuce wraps! These are light, flavorful, and packed with protein—perfect for a quick meal or a fresh party dish.
