Smoked and ready to eat. Covered in L&S’ own buffalo sauce made from our made-from-scratch sriracha sauce (Spicy) OR L&S Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce (Mild). Sold in packs of 12 costing approximately $6.50 per package. Price is approximate and based on weight and may vary.

Description

L&S Chicken Wings are smoked, fully cooked, and ready to warm up. Great for an easy quick meal.

Oven (Best for Crispy Skin)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place wings on a baking sheet with a wire rack (or directly on parchment paper).
  3. Lightly mist or brush with oil to prevent drying.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.

Air Fryer (Quick & Crispy)

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange wings in a single layer.
  3. Heat for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Stovetop (For Juicy Wings)

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add a splash of water or broth (about 1-2 tbsp) and cover.
  3. Steam for 3-4 minutes, then uncover and crisp them up for another 2-3 minutes.

Grill or Smoker (Best for BBQ Flavor)

  1. Preheat grill/smoker to medium heat (350°F / 175°C).
  2. Place wings on the grill for 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  3. Brush with BBQ or more Sriracha sauce or butter for extra moisture.

Microwave (Fastest, but Soft Skin)

  1. Place wings on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Cover with a damp paper towel to retain moisture.
  3. Heat on medium power for 2-3 minutes.
  4. For a crispier finish, pop them in the oven or air fryer for a couple of minutes.
