Mexican Chili Sausage
Another product of Shawn’s childhood. Shawn grew up eating a dish his Mexican Grandma Jesse called “Pork and Chili.” With its exquisite flavors of fresh tomatoes and jalapeños it seemed only natural we should make into a sausage.
