Roasted Vegetables and Kielbasa
Ingredients:
- One package L&S Kielbasa, sliced into rounds
- A mix of your favorite vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, onions, and carrots)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme, rosemary)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the vegetables in olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
- Spread the vegetables and kielbasa on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
