Perfectly Roasted Chicken Thigh Quarters

This recipe delivers crispy skin, juicy meat, and incredible flavor with minimal effort!

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 (2 packages) L&S chicken thigh quarters
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or rosemary)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep Chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels for crispy skin.
  3. Season: In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and onion powder. Rub all over the chicken.
  4. Roast: Place chicken skin-side up on a baking sheet or cast-iron skillet. Roast for 40-45 minutes until skin is golden and crispy.
  5. Check Doneness: Internal temperature should be 165°F (75°C) at the thickest part.
  6. Rest & Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with lemon wedges.
