Perfectly Roasted Chicken Thigh Quarters
This recipe delivers crispy skin, juicy meat, and incredible flavor with minimal effort!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 4 (2 packages) L&S chicken thigh quarters
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or rosemary)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep Chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels for crispy skin.
- Season: In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and onion powder. Rub all over the chicken.
- Roast: Place chicken skin-side up on a baking sheet or cast-iron skillet. Roast for 40-45 minutes until skin is golden and crispy.
- Check Doneness: Internal temperature should be 165°F (75°C) at the thickest part.
- Rest & Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with lemon wedges.
