This is the product that started it all, our very first.  We use our signature dry rub on the chicken before it enters the smoker, it is then slow smoked to a finished ready to eat product.  Super versatile and delicious. Sold by the half chicken. Cost is $3.85/lb, price listed is the approximate per package price and will vary depending the weight of the chicken.

The Smoked Chicken Story at L&S Artisan Meats

It all began back in 2012 when Shawn was focused solely on raising chickens. He had a barrel smoker in the front yard, where he was experimenting with smoking meats. One day, our good friend Danny Delgado brought a group of about 20 expats to tour the farm, and Shawn served them his freshly smoked chicken. That moment marked the beginning of something special. Requests for purchasing the smoked chicken poured in, and from there, L&S Artisan Meats slowly took shape.
