The price listed is the approximate per package cost and will vary depending on the weight of the package. Price per pound is $14.40.

Garlic & Herb Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
- 8 lamb chops (rib or loin chops)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for extra depth)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Lamb Chops
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops and place them in a shallow dish or zip-top bag.
- Let marinate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight in the fridge for more flavor).
2. Preheat & Grill
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (about 400-450°F).
- Remove lamb chops from the marinade and let excess drip off.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp 130°F) or 5-6 minutes per side for medium (135-140°F).
3. Rest & Serve
- Transfer the lamb chops to a plate, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes to keep them juicy.
- Serve with grilled vegetables, a fresh salad, or roasted potatoes.
