We are able to offer half lambs at discounted pricing compared to the individual cuts. Pricing is based on the hang weight of the lamb and default is 30 lbs. When purchasing half lambs there will be bones and fat which will be yours as well if you’d like.

Half Lamb Details – available to be changed based on preference.

• 1 package of 2 shanks
• 1.5 packages of neck rosettes, equaling 3 rosettes
• 1 packages of spare ribs
• 1 shoulder roast
• 2 packages of two sirloin chops
• 1 leg of lamb without the shank
• 2.5 packages of two loin chops, equaling 5 chops total
• 2 packages of two rib chops, equaling 4 chops total
• 1 – one pound packages of cubed lamb
• 1 – one pound packages of ground lamb

Expect a half lamb to use 1.25 cubic feet of space in your freezer (approximate dimensions 11 inches x 11 inches x 18 inches).
