Simple Farmer’s Sausage & Potato Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package L&S Farmer’s Sausage, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Add sliced Farmer’s Sausage, mix, and roast for another 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese (if using) and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot with sour cream or mustard.
